Victoria is a registered psychotherapist, who is passionate about the mind and the individual’s capacity to grow, heal and make positive changes, through engagement in therapy. She uses her training and experience to help you to discover and deeply understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, how they have been shaped by your experiences in life, and how you can shift patterns that are no longer serving you.

Client Types : Adults.

Issues Covered : Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Trauma, Grief and loss, Relationship difficulties, Life changes, ADHD, Parenting, Addiction, and Sense of self.

Approach : Victoria’s modality is psychoanalytic and her overall approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, open-minded, and relational. She provides a safe and confidential space to explore what is troubling you in life. As part of her professional PBANZ registration, Victoria attends regular supervision, and practices according to the Code of Ethics of the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists.

Qualifications : Master of Psychotherapy (Hons) (AUT), Graduate Diploma in Health Science (AUT), Diploma in Violence and Trauma (AUT).

Fees : $150 per 50 minute session. Some WINZ subsidies may be available.
