If life feels overwhelming — if you're anxious, struggling in relationships, or facing self-doubt — I provide a calm, supportive space for meaningful change.

In today’s society, there is a strong emphasis on finding quick remedies. This is clear when self-help books proliferate on our bedside tables, each offering three simple steps to solving our issues. While conventional wisdom says we should put aside our feelings and look for quick fixes, many long for deeper understanding and connection. I enjoy working with individuals interested in exploring the profound world of emotions. From my perspective, the most transformative experiences occur during those shared emotional moments. I am interested in the unconscious and “being” versus “doing”.

Therapy is available in a peaceful space or online, offering a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Therapy can help you gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and build deeper connections. Many clients notice an easing of symptoms within the first month, with lasting improvement over time. If you're looking for thoughtful, engaged therapy in a supportive space, I welcome you to get in touch.
