If modern life seems overwhelming, if you’re anxious or depressed, or struggling with relationship issues, I offer a calm and supportive space to allow you to make meaningful changes in your life.

In today’s society, there is a strong emphasis on finding quick remedies. This is clear when self-help books proliferate on our bedside tables, each offering three simple steps to solving our issues. While conventional wisdom says we should put aside our feelings and look for quick fixes, many long for deeper understanding and connection. I enjoy working with individuals interested in exploring the profound world of emotions. From my perspective, the most transformative experiences occur during those shared emotional moments. I am interested in the unconscious and “being” versus “doing”.
