I am a Jungian Analyst and Psychotherapist working with individual adults who have reached a point where something fundamental is shifting, or needs to shift. I am also a musician who has worked for many years helping other artists develop their powers of expression and engage with their creative energies.

Client Types : Adults (18+).

Areas of Interest :

  • Anxiety
  • Blockages in work and in life
  • Childhood issues
  • Creativity
  • Dreams
  • Irrational urges
  • Low self esteem
  • Relationship issues
  • Self development
  • Sense of self
  • Workplace issues

Approach : I provide one-to-one respectful client-centred therapy in a safe space, where we can explore anxieties, despair and depression, frustrations, feelings of being stuck, terrors or inner anger. I also offer supervision services. Clients I have worked with have found they can move beyond the initial issues by forming a deeper understanding of their patterns of their life, and the origins of those patterns. Insights may appear through consideration of dreams, patterns of everyday behaviour, feelings about others, and revealing the pervasive effects of trauma. I have particular expertise in working with creative and performing artists who struggle with aspects of their work and its trajectory.

Initial Chat: Let me know if you wish to have a free 15-minute zoom/phone conversation in which we can explore the issues that you face, and consider whether I may be able to help.
