My Approach : When facing challenges, we often look for tools that help ease our pain. Mindfulness, breathing exercises, and journaling can help manage anxiety and depression. Relationships can be improved with assertive communication and active listening skills.
But long-lasting change goes beyond symptom management. Anxiety and depression don’t appear out of nowhere— they’re symptoms of underlying issues that are often hidden from our view. Similarly, relationship difficulties usually show up as repeating patterns, perhaps the same pattern occurring with different people … with only ourselves as the common denominator! So, if we want lasting change we must address the root cause of our symptoms, even if it takes time.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we work together to understand your current experiences and explore the underlying issues.
