I like to use modern, user friendly and time effective approaches for helping people transform their lives.
I see people with stress and burnout, anxiety and depression, relationship trouble including couples, personal development, rebuilding life after sexual abuse, eating disorders, physical illness, including cancer, chronic fatigue and pain syndromes like fibromyalgia. I see a number of therapists for supervision.
I have explored far and wide within the counselling and psychotherapy field, and been most drawn to the more modern approaches which I find warm, friendly, open and affirming. I find the Internal Family Systems approach particularly helpful.
The fee for one hour sessions is $200 for individuals and $240 for couples. I have limited availability.
