Gaylene is also passionate about working with couples and families so if you and your partner or family are trying to move through a difficult time, explore underlying patterns or improve communication, this could be a good option for you. As part of her work with couples, Gaylene also regularly co-facilitates relationship groups throughout Auckland.
Gaylene also offers mindfulness programmes which effectively teach you how to let go of unconsciously held patterns and help you develop more satisfying ways of being.
