As part of my work with couples, I co-facilitate psychoeducational relationship groups throughout Auckland.
I also offer cognitive mindfulness programmes with a focus on how to let go of unconsciously held relational patterns, enabling more satisfying ways of being and an enhanced capacity for work and love.
