I work with clients who are experiencing grief, anxiety, low mood, issues with self-esteem, relationships, body image, binge eating behaviours and chronic dieting. I can also support those who are experiencing big changes in their life including adjustments to parenthood or chronic illness.

Approach : I aim to offer a supportive and confidential space to explore and gain insight into the relationships with ourselves and others. I can help to identify unhelpful patterns that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck and unable to move forward. I work with clients who are experiencing grief, anxiety, low mood, issues with self-esteem, relationships, body image, binge eating behaviours and chronic dieting. I can also support those who are experiencing big changes in their life including adjustments to parenthood or chronic illness.

I am trained in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and take an integrative and individualised approach to each client combining a range of experience, skills, and therapeutic modalities. It is important to me that clients feel supported and accepted to express themselves in a way that feels authentic for them.
