I am experienced in working with many kinds of people who come to therapy to talk about a wide range of issues. These include depression and anxiety, anger, relationship issues, stress, loss, sitting with uncertainty, feeling stuck, longing and the search for meaning. I specialise in working with those who are experiencing hair loss and in helping people deal with change and/or unexpected events in their lives.

My Approach : I base my approach to therapy on my belief that offering a warm, confidential, non-judgemental and collaborative space to talk has the potential to bring into clearer focus who you are, who you might have been, who you have been and who you are becoming. While I am trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I am also interested in CBT and relational/intersubjective perspectives.
