NB: My practice is currently full, so unfortunately I cannot take on new clients at this time.

I'm an integrative psychotherapist committed to crafting a personalized approach that centers around your unique needs- this includes providing both short-term and long-term therapy. Whether you're striving to navigate relationship challenges, process emotions, or enhance your overall well-being, therapy can be transformative. My aim is to foster a safe, supportive space where individuals and couples can find solace, healing, and growth.

Client Types : Adults & Couples.

Welcome : What’s led you to consider therapy at this time? Are you struggling with your partner and feeling disconnected or frustrated? Do relationships with family, friends, or work feel difficult? Perhaps you are in the middle of a challenging transition or grappling with loss. Maybe there are behaviors or patterns you have struggled with, and you need support finding more effective coping strategies.

Whatever has led you to consider therapy, I hope you know that you can get better. Therapy is a meaningful space where you can untangle life’s knots with the assistance of a dedicated witness and supportive guide. By learning to embrace both your challenges and unique strengths, you can feel empowered to create lasting change.

Creating meaning, purpose, and fulfillment looks different for everyone—together we can identify opportunities to create change where there are challenges. With that said, exploring the possibility of therapy can be difficult and often overwhelming. I’m so grateful you have taken this first step! I look forward to the chance to support you on this journey.

My Approach : I find that I am a good fit for clients seeking an interactive approach to therapy. As an active collaborator, I’m here to listen and I’m committed to helping you identify solutions and cultivate meaningful change. I want to roll up my sleeves and dive in with you—none of us were meant to do the hard stuff alone!

Authenticity and compassion are cornerstones of my work. My tone is often candid and relaxed as I believe therapy is most effective when all participants are able to embody both sincerity and genuineness. Humor, warmth, and truth-telling are all elements of how I engage both in my everyday life and in the therapeutic space.

Above all, my approach to our work is highly individualized. Therapy is not one size fits all, and my therapeutic style is reflective of the needs of each unique person I serve. By using an integrative model that draws from various therapeutic techniques, I am able to tailor a treatment approach that is always informed by you, your experiences, and your goals.

Issues Covered : Anxiety, Breakup & Divorce, Depression, Eating Disorders, Grief & Loss, Identity, Loneliness, Parenting, Personal Development, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Sex, Sexuality & Gender, Social Anxiety, Stress, Toxic Shame, Transitions & Change, Workplace Issues.

My Experience : Since 2009, I've had the privilege of working in mental health treatment. I've had the opportunity to support a diverse range of clients. My journey began by providing intensive rehabilitative care for clients and their families grappling with addiction, eating disorders, and related challenges. These early experiences deeply influenced my path and motivated me to pursue licensure as a therapist.

Following the ownership and eventual sale of my women’s sober living facility in the United States, I fully committed myself to my psychotherapy practice in 2017. Since then, my private practice has expanded to encompass support for clients not just exploring recovery, but individuals and couples navigating a spectrum of issues. I am particularly passionate about assisting couples in reconnecting with one another and supporting individuals who are looking for meaningful ways to care for themselves differently.

I have advanced training in modalities specific to mindfulness, couples counseling, attachment theory, and self-compassion. I continue to prioritize training that enables me to show up as an effective and informed therapist wherever possible.
