Keynote Statement

If you are struggling with feeling good about yourself or if you are amidst a personal crisis, experiencing anxiety, depression or unmanageable feelings, therapy can bring you clarity and relief.

In my private practice I offer therapy to adults, couples and families and bring twenty years of clinical experience gained in a range of specialist psychological services, mental health agencies and the corporate sector. This enables me to tailor treatment utilising a range of modalities best suited to your personal needs and to effectively support you to heal presenting issues with tangible results.

I am passionate about working with couples and families, so if you and your partner or family are trying to navigate a difficult time, explore repetitive underlying patterns or improve communication, therapy could be a good option for you. As part of my work with couples, I co-facilitate psychoeducational relationship groups throughout Auckland.

I also offer cognitive mindfulness programmes with a focus on how to let go of unconsciously held relational patterns, enabling more satisfying ways of being and an enhanced capacity for work and love.
