How do you choose who to share your story with? I have been listening to people’s stories my whole life: first, from within my own family, then as a documentary maker, and now as a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. In my therapy practice, I work alongside you, your family, your children, to navigate the problems you would like solved and support changes in your life.

Approach : My training in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, centres on the importance of strengthening relationships to support positive change and healing. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves, but also supporting whānau, school, peer-group, community and cultural connections.

I have experience helping with anxiety, school attendance, aggression, gender and identity, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, trauma, social media behaviours, isolation, attachment, toileting, ADHD and autism related concerns.
