I have over 25 years experience as a psychotherapist in agency and private practice. I have worked for over 25 years at the specialist trauma agency in Auckland (HELP) supporting survivors of sexual violence and have a special interest in supporting survivors of recent and historic trauma. I have completed a post graduate diploma in advanced psychotherapy practice (supervision) from AUT and am able to supervise ACC registered practitioners and other mental health professionals.

Alongside my agency work I have worked in private practice in Ellerslie for over 10 years. I use psychodynamic and behavioural approaches to assist adults individuals understand the connections between current difficulties, underlying reasons and finding and new ways of coping for a wide range of difficulties, including relationship difficulties, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, workplace stress and anxiety.

Fees are $150 per hour
