Art-Based Two-Day Retreat: Exploring Grief Through the Senses

Over the weekend, participants engage in gentle mindfulness practices, somatic tools and art-based modalities. There are opportunities for individual exploration within a group setting, alongside invitations for quiet replenishing time, facilitated mindfulness, creative expression and moments on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Our intention is to create a space where participants can connect, express, regulate and gently sit with emotions of grief at their own pace.

When: Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026
